II. Exceptional Cases Customers are entitled to compensation or an appropriate solution only in the following cases: • Receiving a damaged product or one with a clear manufacturing defect. • Receiving a completely different item than the one ordered.
Conditions for these cases: • Contacting us within a maximum of (2) days from the delivery date. • Providing clear photos showing the defect or error. • The product must remain in its original, unused condition. (MAHEE reserves the right to verify the condition of the item before making an appropriate decision).
III. Order Cancellation • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. • Cancellation requests are only accepted prior to shipping by quickly reaching out to our customer service team. • Once an order is shipped, it is considered complete and the amount becomes non-refundable.
